Old Fashioned Goodness.

Over the years of  providing sides of beef for families the most common questions have always been  as follows:

How much does if cost?

Depending on the actual size of the animal and the slaughter fees the typical cost is between $600 and $900.

How much meat will I get from a side?

How much freezer space will if take up?

There are a couple factors that effect this answer such as size of animal and freezer; however, suffice it to say it is typically 2.5 shelves in an upright freezer that is 22 cubic feet.
